About the Role

  • Review/recommend local event and marketing opportunities with/on behalf of regional sales directors and managers based on business goals and lead / demand generation targets
  • Help plan and support field marketing events and partner / channel event opportunities as well as support partners at their events as appropriate with corporate Business Development team.
  • Support event strategy as well as manage logistics and execution of the companies customer user forums and ad hoc special events (e.g. launch parties, AR/PR events, etc)
  • Negotiate sponsorship and marketing opportunities with event organizers and third-party vendors
  • Work with sales development (SDR) team to manage lead hand-off and follow-up as well as event details the SDR team will need to succeed in follow-up
  • Run user group meeting and also grow Wrike Japan user community with regional marketing manager
  • Develop marketing and sales contents working with localization team and corporate design team
  • Report on effectiveness of field marketing activities, with the purpose of improving efficiency, efficacy, engagement and demand generation
  • Manage the direct mailer program as well as supporting customer welcome kits
  • Research / outreach industry events, including regional local events and competitor activities
  • Support with budget preparation and manage tracking of operational expenditures associated with events
  • Will be trained to create programs in marketing automation tool and campaigns in Salesforce.com (SFDC) as well as manage the field event calendars on Outlook and SFDC
