About the Role

Wrike is looking for the Product Experience Analyst to partner with our client-facing and product delivery organisations in guaranteeing that our product development strategy is fully aligned with customer needs.

As a part of the Customer Experience and Strategy team within the global CSO (Client Success Org) function, you will be expected to manage and develop our internal processes which should allow us to better know and serve the customer.

Working collaboratively with cross functional teams, namely Customer Support, Customer Success, Product and Analytics, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership and tactical execution of product feedback collection, analysis and delivery. Your end goal is to help aggregate and drive our company-wide efforts in buidling products that respond to customer needs and use cases.

This role requires a combination of customer-facing experience, cross functional collaboration, data analysis, and strategic insight.


As a Product Experience Analyst you will need to:

  • Understand customer use cases and work processes to provide the best guidance on how to optimize Wrike as a product to fit customer needs

  • Partner with our Markering, Product and Analytics teams in collecting customer insights data

  • Conduct regular analytics and reporting to support customer-driven product insights & ideas

  • Manage and supervise product feedback delivery from CSO to Product and Engineering teams

  • Help customer-facing functions with product feedback collection and processing

  • Maintain current product feedback collection tools and invest in their further development and automation

  • Develop new cross-functional relationships in the filed of customer product experience

  • Advocate for customers needs in meetings with Product and other internal stakeholders

About You
  • Experience in product management, product marketing or a customer-facing role

  • Experience with data analytics, specifically the ability to aggregate and identify key insights from data

  • Experience with project management and/or agile development

  • Experience working with a high growth SaaS product

  • Willing to dive into technical details of a product to understand it thoroughly

  • Excellent organization and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong team player

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally

  • Fluent English
