About the Role:
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for generating leads against target market using sites like Linkedin, Hootsuite, making outbound calls and emails, qualifying the leads, and working with Strategic Account Executives / Account Managers in moving those deals to close.

Create prospecting lists of targets within both new and existing accounts
Identify compelling events to get in touch with influencers and decision makers
Provide clear call-to-actions that convert
Draft and send cold emails (WYWYN / Basho) - (50) per day
Cold calling general switchboard numbers, getting through gatekeepers (50 dials / calls per day)
Reach out to potential clients to qualify their potential project management needs and requirements
Build strong partnerships with Wrike champions in strategic accounts
Work as a part of an expanding sales team towards ambitious sales goals
Run webinar/demos to introduce new clients to Wrike
Fluency in English is essential, additional languages a strong plus
You have 1-2 year of relevant working experience
You have a proven track record of achieving measurable goals at previous jobs
A “Can Do” / “Winner” attitude, with a hunger and 'self-starter' drive to overachieve, succeed, and smash your targets
A proactive attitude towards finding solutions when faced with challenges
You have the confidence to overcome objections and convert interest into qualified leads (have you read The Challenger Sale?)
You possess strong business acumen and curiosity about the prospect's business
Ability to develop compelling strategies that deliver results with a strong attention to detail
Ability to gather and use data to inform decision making and persuade others
Ability to establish, build and nurture relationships with senior executives through developing an understanding of their business, the challenges they face, future projects and plans in order to address their needs with Wrike
Generate new sales leads through a mixture of outbound calling and emailing, following up on marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries
You are able to speak articulately and credibly; you have excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
You like computers and actually care about what smartphone you have - none of this "can you fix it for me"
Outbound sales call experience preferred
