About the Role
Work all the inbound trials for exciting new startups and small businesses
Manage assigned accounts inbound trial leads
Work with customer Success to identify upgrade opportunities in existing subscriptions
Close 10-15 new deals per month
Manage the full sales-cycle, including contract generation and other deliverables for closing
Learn proven SaaS sales process and methodology from decorated Sales Leaders
Work with your territory team and leaders to strategize big deals
Leverage Salesforce.com to execute your lead processing and opportunity management
Prioritize opportunities and apply appropriate resources
Ensure 100% satisfaction with all customers
Fluency in English and Japanese essential, additional languages a strong plus
3 years sales experience (SaaS preferred)
Experience handling the full sales cycle from qualification to close
Experience managing customer relationships and leveraging those relationships to expand business
Experience with solution selling
Consistent over-achievement in past quota holding roles
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Excellent organizational, time-management and prioritization skills
Strong business acumen and curiosity about the prospects business
The ability to work both independently and within a team environment
Strong technical expertise; experience using Salesforce, Google Apps, Zendesk
Outbound sales calling experience
