The Role

Nurture, build and grow first class client relationships for the agency through excellent direction of client’s business and core strategic management of all accounts for which you are responsible. Manage delivery of work which ensures the client continuously develops in terms of both work quality and revenue. Build a passion for creativity and digital across the client and help build the client view that whiteGREY is the best agency they do business with. Without question.

You will work closely with our client to forward plan and will roadmap activities and projects based on brand objectives and key learnings. You will also be responsible for driving briefs and projects in on time so that we can deliver against our revenue targets.

Duties include:

  • The management of designated client and/or client business area
  • The management of the account services team involved in delivering this client WIP
  • The management of the strategic planning process driving the clients work
  • Development of proactive ideas for new job development or expand existing projects
  • Forecasting accuracy:
    - Ensure reporting requirements of the team are completed on schedule for GAD
    • Own and Improve forward visibility of monthly forecasts for GAD
    • Manage client planning cycles to drive the above
  • Management of process and cross departmental liaison to improve delivery and quality of client work
  • Package and sell whiteGREY services to maximise revenue and innovation opportunities to meet client’s needs. Push briefs and constantly review account services team performance in this area
  • Monitor and report on competitive trends in the online space that impact your client, their business area and their customers including detailed awareness of client competitor’s digital activity and strategies
  • Be the agency expert on the client business and market. Know everything there is to know that impacts whiteGREY’s business
  • Proactively ensure GAD is across key projects at a high level where necessary and at check-off points as required
  • Lead the account services team in key client meetings and presentations as required
  • Accurate completion and application of all company processes and procedures including the production and substantiation of estimates and other project related documentation
  • Promote productivity across the organisation and inside the client
  • Facilitate collaboration with your clients and your whiteGREY colleagues to build the client view of whiteGREY talent and to build and strengthen relationships at all levels across the client organisation and whiteGREY
  • Effective all-agency communication to achieve key responsibilities above
  • Build and foster superb relationships with clients, partners/third parties and internal staff members gaining trust, like and respect for whiteGREY
  • Act as a client brand custodian within the agency and balance the input of internal departments ensuring client objectives are met

 Candidate Profile  

  • 4-5 + years professional experience in agency/in-house environment
  • Degree in related discipline or equivalent experience  
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills & attention to detail within demanding deadlines
  • The ability to work independently and within a team is essential
  • Experience with digital strategy, campaign development and execution
  • Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing, product applications, solutions and tools
  • Proven success in building and sustaining long term relationships
  • Experience in managing budgets and planning cycles
  • A strategic thinker who is structured and well planned
  • Ability to thrive in an agile environment and multi task
  • Team player who is prepared to work collaboratively with others to generate the best outcome
  • Ambitious and driven to succeed
