The Role

This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic, ambitious and creative internal communications specialist to become an integral part of WPP AUNZ’s new marketing and communications function.

Reporting to the Head of Communications and Marketing, you’ll have responsibility for the design and delivery of our internal communications program, helping drive WPP AUNZ’s ambitious transformation project engaging some 4000 team members across 9 locations.

You’ll manage large scale communications projects and play a key role in the development of our core channels including email, intranet, podcasts, videos, internal social media and events. More than just an implementation role, this is your chance to shine by creating new and effective ways to tell our story to our teams.

We are looking for someone curious about new and effective ways to engage with our people, with a desire to challenge and experiment to get results. To do this, you are going to need really strong written and verbal communication skills, laser sharp attention to detail, budget management experience and be analytical in your approach.

This opportunity will see you working and engaging with senior leaders across our corporate functions and brands as part of a dedicated team of communications specialists. It’s a fast paced environment in a changing and growing business, so flexibility and passion for change will be crucial to success.

To be successful in this role you’ll be an experienced communications professional, ideally joining our organisation from an internal communications focussed role.
