The Lowdown

We need a curious and analytical human to help us look after the Owned, Earned & Shared component of media communications for a diverse range of clients (finance, insurance, food, retail, events, pharmaceuticals).

We’re looking for a generalist, who can pull the numbers from media, search & social tools, assemble the data into our templates and support the team in crafting insights to shape client deliverables.

What’s your role?

In 3 months:

  • Get across all processes & templates
  • Become familiar with the broader agency’s ways of working

In 6 months:

  • Own the tasks needed to service the clients
  • Proactively work with the team to understand impact/ROI of insights/deliverables

In 12 months:

  • Begin to specialise (data, social, search, media, etc.), owning those components of the Experience product

And Beyond:

  • Opportunity to learn all there is to know about communications & advertising from a full-service agency

What will help you succeed

  • Strong editorial writing skills, plus impeccable spelling and grammar.
  • Great passion for learning and asking questions
  • Knowledge of best practices on content planning & social media platforms, especially Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Tumblr, Snapchat and Instagram.
  • Basic understanding of digital and traditional media
  • Basic understanding of Social/Digital listening, tools, approaches to measurement/metrics, reporting.
  • Basic understanding of: Analytics (Google, Adobe), Webmaster tools (GSC, Bing), Local (GMB, Bing)
  • Basic understanding of search principals for an effective combined search/content strategy
