GroupM’s primary purpose is to maximize performance of WPP’s media agencies by operating as leader and collaborator in trading, content creation, sports, digital, finance, proprietary tool development and other business-critical capabilities. As our Implementation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning and delivering new implementations on the Media Central platform across all GroupM markets in the EMEA Region. This role offers a unique opportunity to align with market and business units to global standards, lead Business Analysis, QA, Cutover and Data Migration for system implementation, and ensure smooth transitions by collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.

What you'll be doing:

Key responsibilities include supporting market implementation of Media Central, participating in technical discussions, working with vendor teams, conducting post-implementation reviews, assisting the Product Team on platform design and improvement, and serving as the primary point of coordination between local market teams and the global team.

What you'll need:

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Information Systems, Technology, Business Management, or a related field, or possesses an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Experience in implementing workflow tools (specifically Dynamics 365 Business Central) is beneficial but not essential. Knowledge and experience in project management methodologies such as Agile/PMI/Lean, and working in a technical environment with APIs and Integrations, including API protocols and formats (e.g., SOAP, REST, XML, and JSON), are required.
