As a Compliance Reporting Analyst, your focus will be on leveraging reporting tools to generate insightful reports and dashboards, providing real-time visibility into compliance metrics. Reporting to the Senior Compliance Automation Analyst (Reporting Specialist), you will contribute to the development and maintain reporting solutions that support compliance monitoring and decision-making processes.

The Compliance Automation Analyst act as an internal expert in the assigned system, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of system changes and ensuring follow compliance standards. With a focus on delivering high-quality service and support to internal users, the Compliance Automation Analyst conducts technical and analytical work to develop, design, and analyze technical solutions for business problems. This includes assessing new software products and solutions, participating in needs assessments, evaluating hardware and platform availability, and defining software requirements.

The Compliance Automation Analyst is instrumental in monitoring IT Compliance across all agencies/brands, ensuring to follow Group Policy, Controls, and Regulatory requirements. Leveraging automation tools, they lead control assurance and reporting, providing advisory and support to refine compliance processes and drive efficiency within the organization.

 

What you'll be doing:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into impactful reporting solutions using advanced reporting tools.
  • Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of live reports and dashboards that provide real-time visibility into compliance metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Support data analysis activities to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement in compliance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Conduct quality assurance testing on reporting solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and follow reporting standards and guidelines.
  • support in the development and implementation of automated workflows and processes to streamline reporting activities and improve efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in reporting technologies, contributing to the continuous improvement of reporting capabilities within the compliance automation team.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on reporting tools and dashboards, ensuring widespread adoption and utilization across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate reporting capabilities into compliance automation initiatives, enhancing operational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Contribute to the documentation of reporting solutions, including user guides, training materials, and best practices documentation.
  • Participate in team meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in reporting technologies and compliance principles.

What you'll need:

  • Familiarity (1-3 years’ experience) with reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms, with a willingness to learn and develop proficiency in these tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive meaningful insights and recommendations.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality reporting solutions that meet stakeholder requirements and expectations.
  • Ability to work single-handedly and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated approach to tasks and responsibilities.
  • Basic understanding of compliance principles, regulations, and best practices, with a willingness to learn and develop expertise in this area.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools, with the ability to manipulate and analyze data to support reporting activities.
