What you’ll do 

The Executive Strategy Director will play a key leadership position that drives the success of clients, and Landor. Externally, you will grow larger, long-term relationships and become the go-to advisor for executive-level clients. You will manage and build the strategy practice, mentor team members, and be a strategic leader across the region. You will be a key thought leader to grow the capabilities of our brand strategy offer. Working alongside other senior members, you will build strong client relationships and drive revenue growth from our clients, while inspiring and leading teams to solve our clients’ toughest brand and business challenges. 

What you’ll need 

You have 15+ years’ experience in brand strategy, brand architecture, portfolio strategy with an ability to go beyond the traditional tools. You will be an analytical and critical thinker with an expert-level understanding of branding and business strategy. You will connect brand and business strategy to create lasting impact. You will manage the brand strategy team and provide ongoing feedback to drive the best performance. Across all our disciplines, you will inspire team members to deliver the best quality work and drive to impactful solutions.

You have a passion for understanding a client’s business and arriving at insights that solve their challenges via brand. You will have proven experience leading large complex, global projects with executives and your work will have lasting impact. You are results-focused, collaborative, passionate and enthusiastic. You will be a trusted advisor for executive-level clients on issues inside and outside the scope of current work.

You will have an inherent curiosity, be an innovative thinker, and bring insights and cutting-edge solutions to the table. You are able to see the big picture, present and future, and explore those possibilities. You will develop thought leadership on a client’s business and key industries for publication, externally and internally. In addition, you will take part in external PR and networking events to promote our reputation. You will share the latest published thinking on branding, market-based trends, brand successes and failures and industry business activity and best practice case studies.

Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
