What you'll be doing:

The APAC (India) Payroll Change Manager will be responsible for leading the payroll-specific change initiatives and reporting into the Senior Director, People Operations & Transformation.

The role holder will be responsible for defining critical stakeholders and understanding their influence and support for the program, and deploying engagement plans accordingly. They will also build awareness of the change and work with the business comms lead to build a foundation of understanding and engagement, incorporating project feedback loops.

The Change Manager will be responsible for change management, communications and training planning and delivery in region and will support in designing new organizational processes and role changes.

  • Partnering with WPP’s Senior Director, People Operations & Transformation to implement the defined change framework in relation to the payroll program consolidation program.
  • Identify critical stakeholders and understand their influence and support for the payroll consolidation program including any cross over influence for other programs such as Workday where cross program dependencies are identified.
  • Design and deploy engagement plans accordingly aligned to the payroll program.
  • Build awareness of the change and work with the business communication lead(s) to build a foundation of understanding and engagement, incorporating project feedback loops
  • Conduct change impact assessments and provide training where required in region
  • Support in designing new organizational processes and role changes to support change
  • Provide proposals and input into overall deliverables for their client group, work stream (e.g., directing marketing, advertising), practice, or function
  • Own the responsibilities for smaller clients within their practice area or work stream
  • Provide input into policies and guidelines

 

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Change Manager on large scale multi market transformation programmes within HR and/or Payroll across Workday, ADP or similar ERP programs
  • Strong understanding of key change management methodologies
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of change management principles and tools
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed team environment
  • Flexibility to travel as required
