What you'll be doing:

By part of the Group Treasury, you will supporting the Global Treasury team and its regional Treasurers across 110+ countries of operation.

As a Treasury Systems lead, you’ll provide key enhancement support to the Treasury Management System, IT2, and its users by communicating issue status, upgrade strategies and enhancement priorities to internal and external stakeholders.

You’ll support the audit process in relation to system changes and user access and will work with the Change Management team to produce all necessary documentation and approvals required for system changes.

  • Support the development and testing of IT2 system enhancements/configuration/core script.
  • Help develop and maintain testing and roll-out strategies of all Treasury System upgrades.
  • Manage the process of resolving critical IT2 system issues ensuring that all necessary resources are engaged.
  • Manage the ongoing transformation agenda, following objectives, status and deployment of new functionality / reporting / changes – keeping the team updated with communication.
  • Priorities support to IT2 System users as the need arises.
  • Responsible for producing and maintaining all documentation regarding Treasury Management System procedures, enhancement requests, change management and auditing.
  • Responsible for working with ION group to formulate and carry out a comprehensive Disaster Recovery plan for all Treasury Management Systems
  • Support system auditing data requests and communicate results to stakeholders and auditing entities.
  • Liaise with the Change Management team to produce all necessary documentation and approvals required for system changes.

What you'll need:

  • Experience within a Treasury department or shared services of an international business working on treasury management system (IT2) which includes understanding of core coding/Development/enhancement.
  • Demonstrable experience of managing a and taking accountability of activity and overseeing documentation, and training materials.
  • Treasury knowledge covering bank accounts structures including cash pooling, inter-company loans, derivatives such as FX forwards, swaps, NDFs and interest rate or cross currency swaps.
  • Cash management of a complex series of pooled and non-pooled bank accounts across a range of different currencies including international payments processing.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and communication skills, including excellent written and verbal capabilities. (PowerPoint and presentation skills considered as a plus.)
  • Exposure to Treasury management systems (IT2 or ION products a plus).
  • Excellent organizational, communication and time-management skills.
  • Fluency in English (reading, speaking, and writing).
