As we continue this journey, we require an IT Support Engineer to provide on-site and remote support to staff.

 

What you'll be doing:

  • Point of contact for end users for questions and support requests
  • Tracking and following up support requests in several tools
  • End user support of business applications
  • Handling and escalation of 1st line support provided by outsourcing partner.
  • Office 365 setup – including SharePoint & Teams troubleshooting
  • Support AV equipment (meeting rooms)
  • End user support during pitches and events
  • Handling and maintaining supplier contracts.
  • Transformation to new services, including infrastructure refresh.
  • Contribute on purchases for software, print, telephony and computer accessories, as well as approvals and invoicing
  • Support in IT auditing, carry out reporting and administration of hardware, as well as manage and ensure execution of IT joiners/leavers processes
  • Create and update knowledge base articles and end user manuals

 

What you'll need:

  • Experience in IT support and IT infrastructure.
  • Experience of supporting Windows and Apple OS operating systems, O365 environment.
  • Basic understanding of computer network concepts
  • Understanding computer management software
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Problem solving and “can-do” service attitude
  • You love and have experience in helping ‘users’ with IT problems. You know that good communication helps in reassuring people.
  • Team player but you can work independently and organized. You are good at collaborating across the organization
  • Excellent time management skills and multi-tasking abilities within tight deadline
  • Fluent in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
