The Role: We are seeking one Office Operations Associate for our research office in Shanghai. The successful candidate will be in charge of daily office operations, assist with HR operations as well as recruiting related tasks when needed.

  • Research, propose, carry out and evaluate office initiatives including but not limited to employee engagement, benefits, team building activities towards corporate values and vibrant culture;
  • Responsible for daily office administrative tasks including hosting senior managers or visitors from international offices, coordinating with building management or external suppliers to ensure the smooth office daily operations;
  • Monitor, control, and procurement of office and pantry supplies;
  • Support various HR operations tasks including background check, onboarding and offboarding procedures, etc.;
  • Assist in campus recruiting activities in mainland China and Hong Kong SAR; including but not limited to promote recruitment job openings; coordinate in-office or on-campus events, test and interviews; manage recruitment and candidate database.
  • Other tasks assigned by director or senior managers.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with demonstrated ability in related field e.g. office operations, office administrations, HR operations, campus recruitment, or project management
  • Proficient in English and comfortable with using English as working language
  • Sound computer literacy, such as MS Office tool kits
  • Strong problem-solving skills, flexible and agile to different tasks
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Positive work attitude, great teammate with strong communication and interpersonal skills
