About the Opportunity:

Reporting to the REWS Sr. Manager, the REWS Manager, San Francisco, you will have the exciting opportunity to play a key role in the opening of the new San Francisco office.  You will be integral in all aspects of REWS globally as the office portfolio scales with the company. 

  • Partner with the Global Workplace Manager on priorities and initiatives on a weekly basis to ensure team objectives are being met
  • Be the go to person for the office and being a key player in culture initiatives 
  • Prioritize employee inquiries and requests ensuring they are completed in a timely manner
  • Be the liaison for visitors & visiting employees to the office - providing assistance so they are setup with all necessary systems and services 
  • Assist with office relocations & new workplaces as directed by the the GWM
  • Provide assistance for company wide events and leadership offsites
  • Aid with new hire onboarding by providing a welcoming experience and ensuring they have a proper desk setup.
  • Develop and maintain workplace activities and events 
  • Ensure all office related repairs are taken care of in a time efficient manner, including routine maintenance
  • Report IT related issues to the team through support tickets and following through to ensure the job is completed
  • Be proactive and ready to exceed expectations

About You:

  • Able to strive in a high-intensity environment
  • Prior success in a similar role
  • Experienced in project management and program development
  • Stellar organizational focus, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and grace under pressure
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • 1 year office coordinator experience 
  • Proficiency in Google Office Tools 
  • Previous experience in a dynamic startup environment 
  • Willingness to travel
  • Great Customer facing skills
  • Event planning experience
  • Strategic thinker
  • Ability to operate calmly under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Strong communication skills (oral/written)
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at TFH in San Francisco ranges from $70,000 - $90,000, plus a competitive long term incentive package, and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
