About the Opportunity:


  • Own all talent coordination; logistics for interviews, including video calls and in-person meetings, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and interviewers
  • Be a TFH ambassador and provide a welcoming and delightful candidate experience
  • Implement improvements to our scheduling and recruiting processes
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and requirements, providing support throughout the recruitment cycle
  • Manage relationships with the candidate, communicate relevant information at each stage of the process
  • Drive programs and projects to improve how we hire at TFH


  • Be the go to person for the office and being a key player in culture initiatives 
  • Prioritize employee inquiries and requests ensuring they are completed in a timely manner
  • Be the liaison for visitors & visiting employees to the office - providing assistance so they are setup with all necessary systems and services 
  • Provide assistance for company wide events and leadership offsites
  • Aid with new hire onboarding by providing a welcoming experience and ensuring they have a proper desk setup.
  • Develop and maintain workplace activities and events 
  • Ensure all office related repairs are taken care of in a time efficient manner, including routine maintenance
  • Report IT related issues to the team through support tickets and following through to ensure the job is completed
  • Be proactive and ready to exceed expectations

About You:

  • 3+ years of recruiting coordinating or relevant admin experience. Office Coordinator experience is a plus.
  • You are proactive, have a high sense of urgency to troubleshoot scheduling conflicts
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high growth environment
  • Organised and have some experience working across different timezones
  • Eagerness to learn and build relationships
  • Hands on and customer oriented
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and follow HR compliance models at all times
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator across all levels of an organization
