About the Team:

Marketing and communications are responsible for the reputation, brand, and community the Worldcoin Foundation is creating to nurture and grow the Worldcoin protocol. Tasked with the creation and management of Worldcoin’s marketing and communications efforts, the team oversees everything from community management to earned media and branding to content creation.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for project managing multiple marketing workstreams, assisting and working in collaboration with the Senior Marketing Manager to deliver marketing initiatives and projects with diverse internal and external teams (e.g., product, operations, legal, communications, vendors, etc.), and most importantly, use all your skills (organization, communication, and creative) to get things done at a high creative standard. You will also help in light production of Marketing & Communications materials (e.g., videos, social content, etc.). 

In this role, you will:

  • Project manage several projects at once (e.g., local activations and campaigns) and support the Senior Marketing Manager in managing global launches, campaigns, brand evolution, and other strategic brand and marketing initiatives
  • Collaborating with all departments to drive marketing initiatives and projects that build excitement, awareness, and growth for the Worldcoin project
  • Work with marketing leadership to be proactive in understanding needs and helping to drive marketing initiatives
  • Work directly with designers and developers to communicate requirements and ensure a high creative standard (e.g., UI/UX, merchandise, physical assets, NFTs, etc.)
  • Use your creative eye to help ensure all new content is aligned with brand and marketing strategy often before being reviewed by leadership (e.g., CMO, Head of Product, etc.)
  • Working directly with a team of external production and creative partners for fast-turnaround social content (e.g., launch videos), and support production on those projects
  • Take full ownership and management of a new merchandise storefront, including working collaboratively with Product team to ideate, build, operate, and continuously improve the storefront
  • Creating and developing decks/websites/content that helps push the brand ethos throughout the entire organization
  • Drive website projects; creative, development, and timelines for a constantly evolving, high-traffic website

About You:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing and/or project management, or a comparable role
  • Highly organized and able to strategically prioritize multiple work-streams at once
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills 
  • Interdisciplinary and adaptable; quick to pivot in a rapidly changing environment
  • Radical end-to-end ownership
  • Practically oriented and “getting-the-job-done” mindset
  • Any of the following are a bonus: experience with digital marketing, video production, graphic design, copywriting, web development
  • You are based in San Francisco and are open to a hybrid work environment

Pay transparency statement

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at TFH ranges from $110,000 - $140,000, plus a competitive long term incentive package, and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
