Location: Dublin, Ireland

About the Role:

  • Create and manage an extensive library of high quality multimedia support content, including FAQs, macros, and internal documentation for the CX team.
  • Own localization efforts within the CX team, working closely with AI technology and reviewers.
  • Proactively document and update processes, workflows, and tools while identifying areas for improvement.
  • Analyze content usage and the needs of our users to provide necessary written and multimedia content.
  • Communicate effectively and empathetically with internal (Product, Engineering, Operations, Legal, Trust & Safety, Fraud) and external stakeholders (BPO partners, 3rd party vendors).
  • Work closely with CX Analyst to finalize macros, seek legal review, and obtain translations within a quick turnaround.
  • Direct major updates to our uses on our social media channels.

About you:

  • 4+ years of relevant content experience for a technology company, start up, blockchain, crypto or similar industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. English professional proficiency required.
  • Multilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred. Portuguese, Japanese, German and/or another language highly considered.
  • Extremely detail oriented with a natural inclination to keep track of content changes.
  • High organizational skills with a knack to manage multiple concurrent projects is a must.
  • Experience working with Zendesk, Salesforce or other similar CRM platforms.
  • Experience working with content tools such as Notion, Lokalize, Vimeo, and Figma.
  • Basic Excel/Sheets and Google Workspace skills required.
  • The ability to wear multiple hats and work in a fast paced and changing environment.
  • Video production and editing experience is a plus.
