Marketing Intern - Summer 2025

*Note that this role is a hybrid position based in our Omaha, NE office. 

As a marketing intern at Workshop, you will have the delightful opportunity to leap into a fast-paced startup environment and gain hands-on experience in a bunch of different aspects of marketing. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team of six to work on all kinds of things: creative campaigns, compelling content, sales materials, surprising and delighting customers, and boosting our brand awareness across multiple channels.

This role is open to candidates with interest and/or experience in content creation, graphic/web design, video production, events, data analysis, or project management.

As a marketing intern, you will: 

  • Create engaging visual and/or written assets, including blog articles, social media posts, email templates, and more, that reflect our brand and resonate with our target audience
  • Own a big(ger) project that you can put in your portfolio
  • Support the planning and execution of events, webinars, and other promotional activities to boost our brand awareness and generate new customers
  • Help tell the stories of Workshop’s ever-growing list of great customers, including Aston Martin, Madison Square Garden, Papa Johns, Harper Collins, Bombas, Home Chef, and hundreds more
  • Create happy Mondays and come up with gifts/sweet swag to share with said customers (and potential prospects)

To be successful at this position, you will need:

  • To be on-site at least four days a week in our Omaha office
  • To be able to work well in a team environment
  • A high level of energy and optimism
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • A willingness to listen, learn, grow, and adapt
