Job Description
Build your Product Management career at Workleap! As a Product Manager at Workleap, you will play an important role bringing new value to our customers through our Workleap platform. You will be reporting to the VP - Platform. In your role, you will achieve strategic outcomes by deeply collaborating with your partners in Product, Engineering, Design and Data. You will work to understand our customers (through continuous discovery methods) and continuously and iteratively ship real value to market. You will be held accountable for the outcomes you create for our customers and our business. In this role you will:
- Participate in a continuous discovery processes (we adopt a continuous discovery approach) - both for internal and external customers.
- Continuously ship real value to our customers in partnership with Engineering, Design and Data.
- Manage a product backlog for one of our squads (Engineering, Design & Data Scientist), ensuring that it is visible, transparent and clear.
- Prioritize efforts against overall strategy and business objectives.
- Continuously develop and act as a subject matter expert for dev, CS, sales & marketing.
Qualifications
- You have at least 3 years in a product role building and shipping products that are valuable to customers;
- Technical background (understanding APIs, connection providers);
- Specific outcome based product role experience is a plus;
- Experienced driving customer discovery efforts (continuous discovery is a plus);
- Experienced at continuous rapid product delivery in a product role;
- Experienced supporting go-to-market efforts including sales & marketing enablement would be a plus;
- Skilled communicator across multi-models;
- Growth mindset.
