  • Assist with communications and logistics to deliver bi-annual, all-employee gatherings (face-to-face).
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing proactive and reactive communications support and sharing innovative communication strategies and tactics to teams across the company. This includes helping them identify their communication needs and delivering communication strategies that have an impact and are aligned with the company culture.
  • Collaborate on the management and creation of engaging, inclusive, and impactful content for internal events and channels.
  • Collaborate on evolving our communications platforms and revamping our information ecosystem, architecture and foundations.
  • Measure the impact of our communications strategies and tactics and use the findings to improve the way we communicate with employees.
  • Review and edit the team’s written communications.
  • Help manage the communications calendar and publish regular Slack and intranet postings.

What does your future team look like?

You'll work closely with the two other communications advisors and the team director. You'll also have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects with different internal stakeholders.

What are the next challenges awaiting your team?

As Workleap continues to grow, our team is focused on creating engaging, consistent and transparent communication that help people understand where we’re heading as a company and how they contribute. We also work hard to make sure our approach to communications supports an outstanding employee experience – and in full transparency we’re still figuring out what great communications looks like for a distributed company.
