Responsibilities

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Technical Instructor/Trainer, iPaaS to join the Education and Training team working closely with cross business functions to create, execute and operationalize instructor-led training, both virtually and in-person for primarily our  internal teams and customers where needed. This role requires a deep understanding of integration technologies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and empowering others. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with iPaaS solutions and a proven track record of successful training and certification delivery. In this role, you will also be responsible to:

Program Strategy and Development: 

  • Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, hands-on labs, and documentation, tailored to various skill levels (beginner to advanced).

  • Create engaging and interactive training modules that cover all aspects of our iPaaS platform, including setup, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to ensure ongoing alignment to the programs.

Training Delivery:

  • Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for clients, partners, and internal teams.

  • Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical exercises to ensure participants gain a thorough understanding of the iPaaS platform.

  • Adapt training delivery methods to suit different learning styles and technical backgrounds.

Certification Program Management:

  • Develop and maintain a certification program for our iPaaS platform, including creating certification exams and assessments.

  • Administer certification exams and evaluate participants' performance to ensure they meet the required standards.

  • Continuously update certification content to reflect new features and updates to the iPaaS platform.

Technical Support and Guidance:

  • Provide technical support and guidance to training participants during and after training sessions.

  • Assist clients and partners in troubleshooting and resolving integration issues related to the iPaaS platform.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Maintain and update training materials in response to product updates, or changes in curriculum to stay in alignment with adjacent training in different formats.

  • Gather feedback from training participants and stakeholders to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in iPaaS and integration technologies to ensure training materials remain current and relevant.

Requirements

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

  • 5-7+ years of experience in any of the following at a SaaS/iPaaS company: 

    • Technical Instruction

    • Solutions engineering or consulting (pre or post sales)

    • Customer-facing professional services

  • Hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, TIBCO, or similar.

  • Strong understanding of integration concepts, APIs, web services, and data transformation.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in delivering technical training and certification programs, preferably in the field of cloud integration or iPaaS.

  • Hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, or similar.

  • Strong understanding of integration concepts, APIs, web services, and data transformation.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.

  • Relevant certifications in iPaaS or related technologies are a plus.
