We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator. There are many career progression pathways available for Recruiting Coordinators in Workato. Our Recruiting Coordinators have progressed to become team leads to ensure day to day operational efficiency, sourcing recruiters, sales development representatives, and automation specialists. In this role, you will be responsible to: 

  • Work directly with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience

  • Maintain the accuracy of data in our Applicant Tracking System (we use the Greenhouse ATS)

  • Collect feedback from interviewers

  • Work with employees across multiple time zones (APJ, US, EU)

  • Provide administrative support to the HR and Recruiting teams.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates and hiring managers at the interview stage

  • Maintain the calendar of upcoming events and interviews

  • Collect feedback from interviewers

  • Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email

  • Heavy calendaring, scheduling and interview/meeting coordination, conference room booking

  • Keep the candidate and recruiters in the loop and be proactive about changes

  • Participate in other HR Special Projects (e.g HR Bot Hackathon, creating Guru cards etc)

  • Update hiring trackers on a daily basis

  • Stay up-to-date with current recruiting process

  • Meet/greet and escort candidates to face to face interviews in office (when offices reopen)

  • Provide administrative support to the HR and Recruiting teams


Qualifications and Experience

  • Open to university and polytechnic graduates

  • Degree / Diploma in Business, Human Resources or related discipline

  • 0 to 1 year experience in recruitment or any other similar HR roles preferred

  • Experience managing multiple calendars across different time zones

  • Prior experience communicating in a multicultural, multinational environment with team members who are based in the US and Internationally.

  • Google Calendar: Overall administrative tasks including telephone inquiries, e-mail, scheduling meetings, and calendar coordination for interviewers and meetings.

  • Must have solid computer and web apps proficiency (G-Suite, specifically Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides)


  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced work environment while remaining grounded and collected.

  • Not flinch when interruptions occur and priorities change

  • Must possess exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
