We are looking for an exceptional Sales Operations Intern to join our growing team. As part of the Sales Strategy and Operations team, you’ll be the thought and execution partner to sales leaders, providing insight through hypothesis driven analysis, defining success metrics and creating scalable reporting, and assisting in optimizing the overall sales process.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Summer Sales Ops Intern In this role, you will be responsible to:

  • Assist with data and analytics projects that help to drive operational efficiency and productivity within our sales and GTM organizations.  Projects could include topics such as: competitive analysis, market sizing and segmentation, sales funnel and conversion analysis, building sales models in excel that would accelerate growth (e.g, predictive forecasting model)

  • Assist in streamlining and optimizing the sales process - responsible for pinpointing areas for improvement in the sales process that can increase velocity and close rate.

  • Work with cross-functional partners to improve handoffs, align on policy and requirements and drive joint projects in Sales Ops Core areas (Compensation, Territories Planning, Data Processing & Management, and Forecasting)

  • Establish strong working relationships with sales leadership, marketing and finance to improve overall operations and how the company goes to market.

Requirements

  • Candidates should be seeking a Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (i.e. Finance, Economics, Business, Marketing) or related field and in good academic standing

  • Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities

  • Quick learner with the ability to solve problems independently or with little guidance

  • Willing to work in a highly demanding and results-oriented team environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (or equivalent)

  • Strong collaboration skills, ability to adapt to a dynamic start-up environment with a passion for making an impact

  • Tech-curious: problem-solver who seeks out creative solutions using process + technology and an interest in a sales ops career
