As a GTM Recruiter (Senior/Lead), your main task is to create a strong pipeline of candidates sourced through various sourcing channels, do market mapping and headhunt the suitable candidates globally.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the requirements.

  • Develop the recruiting strategy and ways to build a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs

  • Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, search engines, and other channels to source and qualify candidates

  • Stay abreast of tech trends and news to gain competitive advantage

  • Develop effective and innovative recruiting programs, strategically plan and manage impactful recruiting campaigns and events 

  • Manage the ATS (We are using Greenhouse) and keep it up to date

  • Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks

  • Craft and send recruiting emails

  • Identify qualified candidate profiles using various recruiting techniques

  • Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks

  • Promote our employer brand online

  • Screen resumes and interview candidates

  • Proactively recommend and drive process improvements that impact candidate identification and engagement

  • Work in ambiguous situations while embracing change

  • Move quickly and efficiently among competing roles and priorities

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Human Resources or related discipline.

  • 5-8 years of solid talent recruiting experience in a fast-growing SaaS company or top-tier global recruitment agency

  • Proven work experience as a Full Cycle Recruiter with SaaS organization / clients

  • Understanding of SaaS organization. 
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting techniques 

  • Experience building and developing pipelines of qualified, diverse candidates

  • Knowledge of the SaaS / Integration and Automation industry and brand

Skills

  • Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates

  • Highly passionate about recruitment

  • Good understanding of various tech stacks

  • Solid social networking skills, know how to source on social media

  • Proficient with Google Suite

  • Solid verbal and written English language communication skills 

  • Have a keen eye for technical talent and cultural fit 

  • Effective time-management skills

  • Resourceful and highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency
