We are looking for an exceptional Solutions Consulting Intern to join our Customer Success team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping our clients empower their employees, serve their customers, and build solutions for their businesses.

Responsibilities

As the Solutions Consulting Intern, you can look forward to working on some of these areas:

  • Interface with internal stakeholders and clients to actively source out solutioning and product related content, building up our content repository

  • Explore options in managing the process of content curation and discussions within our internal communication platforms to help drive further adoption of the Knowledge Management System

  • Provide technical advising, troubleshooting, and analysis and communicate technically complex ideas to a non-technical audience

  • Assist in the roll out of our Technical Knowledge Management System to empower our team in supporting our clients

  • Gather requirements via client meetings and lead the solution design process with customers

  • Develop capabilities and features based on customer requirements as well as to extend Workato connector capabilities via HTTP and SDK

  • Serve as the primary point of escalation when customer issues arise, troubleshoot, and ensure quick resolution within SMB

  • Work across multiple customer-facing teams (Sales, Business Development, Product, Engineering, Customer Success) to improve & accelerate the product's vision and make global businesses successful

  • Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with our SMB and mid market customers to drive adoption and expansion in upselling and cross-selling

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a technical or business degree/diploma 

  • Fast mover and comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment

  • Resourceful in execution and results-oriented 

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to juggle multiple projects simultaneously 

  • Exceptional verbal and written presentation / communication skills

  • Thoughtful team player, a quick learner, and have a “can do” attitude with a growth mindset

  • Basic programming logic will be a plus

  • Comfortable with interpreting API documentation of cloud-based applications

  • Knowledge of Java/Python, SDK, APIs, DB will be a plus

  • Interns who will be able to commit on a full-time basis for at least 6 months will be preferred.
