We are looking for an exceptional RFP Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing answers to Requests For Proposals (RFPs) and Requests For Information (RFIs) issued by the prospective and current client base.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and respond to incoming RFPs and RFIs from prospective and current clients by Collaborating with members of the sales, marketing, finance, legal, or product teams to ensure content is complete, accurate, and timely

  • Collect answer material by searching the dedicated internal library.

  • Produce the proposal document, combining accurate and concise answers with an attractive style

  • Participate in the maintenance of RFP information and resources.

  • Develop proposals, bids, quotations, or other documents describing organizational products and services in response to requests from prospective clients.

  • Research, write, and edit materials describing Workato’s products, strategies, and services.

  • Identify key proposal requirements, themes and issues incorporating into RFP and RFI responses.

  • Locate any related content or collateral material on which new content may be constructed and articulate unique aspects of the new questions to ensure an accurate response.

  • Apply relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills to coordinate timely information gathering from subject matter experts and to negotiate delivery deadlines.

  • Skillfully and accurately edit content according to variations in phrasing of client questions.
    Collaborate with Legal and Compliance areas to ensure that individual RFP response is accurate and in accordance with policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Finance, Business or related field

  • 2+ years of relevant experience with a SaaS organization.

  • Strong writing/editing skills, demonstrated through past experience with RFP answering

  • Client-oriented mindset that fits the RFP team objective of excellence in providing the best support to the clients

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing and interfacing effectively with cross-functional internal teams.

  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter with a desire to learn and win

  • Able to work both independently and as a team member, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Exceptional creative writing, editorial, analytical, research, time management and organizational skills required.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage several deadline-oriented projects simultaneously.

  • Open to work on a permanent night schedule (10:00 pm - 6:00 am)
