We are looking for an exceptional Product Managers to join our growing team. In this role, you will have to be willing to rethink enterprise software, and believe that enterprise users should have the same usability, capability and reliability that we expect from consumer software.

Responsibilities

  • Shape the product strategy and roadmap, prioritize product change requests based on issue volume, user and revenue impact, and other relevant metrics

  • Own, understand and communicate all upcoming product feature and user experience changes to key stakeholders (Marketing, Customer Success and Sales teams, and customers)

  • Own and lead the Issues triage - ensure appropriate prioritization, follow ups, and delivery

  • Set expectations for delivery timing and provide visibility to cross functional stakeholders.

  • Discuss and make decisions about what product features should look like

  • Contribute to product knowledge - documentation, webinars product and use case blogs, how-to videos

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree, a degree in engineering or related discipline preferred

  • At least 2 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Product management, program management, engineering, computer science

  • Experience in gathering business insights and identifying trends from data, including a combination of data from multiple sources

  • Bonus points for experience building and scaling a startup from the ground up

Skills

  • Detail oriented with superior organizational and time-management skills - balancing multiple projects, deadlines, and requests

  • Driven with a can-do attitude and determination to succeed

  • Strong communication skills - ability to introduce and articulate challenging concepts and nuances to non-technical audience
