Learning Platform Developer is responsible for configuring and maintaining our Learning Management System (LMS) and custom reporting systems, ensuring seamless connectivity between Docebo, Azure, Delta Datalake, Apps Scripts, and Angular. Learning Platform Developer is part of a team that plays a key role in enabling Backbase employees, partners, and customers to implement Backbase banking solutions with the relevant knowledge and skills.

What will you be doing?

1. LMS Configuration and Maintenance:
● Configure and maintain the Docebo Learning Management System;
● Collaborate with stakeholders to understand learning and reporting requirements.
2. Reporting Systems Management:
● Oversee the customization and maintenance of our reporting systems;
● Develop and implement solutions to meet evolving reporting needs.
3. Infrastructure Integration:
● Connect and optimize the flow of data between Docebo and custom reporting systems using Node.js, Azure, Delta Datalake, Google Apps Scripts, and Angular.
4. Scripting and Development:
● Develop new functionalities and maintain custom reporting systems with Node.js, TypeScript and JavaScript.
5. Cloud Computing Expertise:
● Monitor cloud executions and platform stability.

Who are you?

● 3-5 years experience;
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
● Proven experience in systems engineering, LMS administration, and reporting system management.

Knowledge & Application:
● Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and Node.js;
● Strong Experience with Git and Github;
● Experience with cloud computing, particularly in the Azure environment;
● Familiarity with data lakes, Apps Scripts, and Angular;
● Familiarity with technology training;
● Experience with LMS systems, experience with Docebo is considered a plus.

Complexity & Problem Solving:
● Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues;
● Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Collaboration & Interaction:
● Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide technical solutions;
●Collaborate with IT and development teams on system integrations and updates.
