Responsibility to monitor & maintain the computer systems and networks, IT & electronic equipment of the company. Provide technical support, install and configure hardware and software, and solves technical problems, ensuring the whole company runs smoothly & effectively.



1. Help Desk Support Tasks:

  • Troubleshoot and support users with computer and software problems, and advise users to upgrade the system or equipment replacement;
  • Maintain and manage internet system for the company: Configure modem, Wi-Fi system, switch, network equipment Manage software used in the company;
  • Manage software used in the company;
  • Implement approved plan to improve, upgrade and maintenance equipment, software - operating system.

2. IT & electronic equipment Management:

  • Manage IT equipment: supply, install / recall / transfer equipment, inventory;
  • Responsible for all electronic equipment (printer, phone, camera…): purchase, repair & maintain.. ensure they operate smoothly.

3. IT Procedures and Policy:

  • Assist line manager to monitor and ensure IT processes and policies are implemented properly;
  • Assist Line manager to build/ improve/ develop IT procedure, policy, template.

4. Other tasks assigned by Line Manager



1. Education: Graduated University/ College with IT Degree or relevant

2. Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same position
  • Has experience working with foreigners/ foreign companies is a plus.

3. Skills/Knowledge

  • In-depth knowledge and experience of computer hardware, software, OS (Windows and MacOS), network, G-suite, printer system, CCNA/MCSA , Office 365 is an advantage
  • Good at Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
  • Good at communication both in Vietnamese & English (Intermediate, 4 skills)
  • Detailed, careful, dynamic, enthusiasm, customer-oriented, ready to learn and self-study, work proactively, logical thinking
  • Teamwork, time management, task management, problem solving.
