Responsibility:

  • Develop comprehensive strategy with different teams and department to grow BAEMIN best-in-class business
  • Implement plan of categories, segments to achieve both short-term financial target and long-term growth
  • Maintain sustainable relationship with strategic partners by joint business plan, co-branding & co-promotion, new product development
  • Frequently monitor performance & creatively solve problems
  • Improve and fine-tune processes, systems to continuously enhance team performance
  • Collect market intel for better and more agile actions to market changes
  • Other tasks required by Management

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor or Master’s degree in business management, business administration or a relevant field;
  • 3+ year managerial experience as the Sales/Account Manager or equivalent positions;
  • Strong critical thinking, team management, and analytical skills;
  • Effective communication, self-motivated and self-directed;
  • High integrity & responsibility, ambitious, self-disciplined, result-oriented.

  • BAEMIN Ops Center: Hong Phuc Tower, 28-33 Pham Ngoc Thach, Cai Khe, Ninh Kieu, Can Tho
