A Glimpse into Your Future at WOO
- Establish and maintain the brand’s design standards and continually build and update the brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver designs that are creative and effective to communicate the brand messages.
- Produce designs across a variety of formats and platforms with different elements including but not limited to websites, brand merchandise, event key visuals, internal/external presentations, and more.
- Support marketing requests, understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience, especially when it comes to creating social media posts.
- Maintain close collaboration with People, Marketing, Design, Operations, Product & BI Teams.
- 3+ years of design experience at a design agency or in a marketing department.
- Strong visual design skill is a must.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe apps.
- A diverse portfolio that shows the ability to create complex and different visual elements.
- Knowledge of marketing strategy.
- Expert typography skills.
- Product design knowledge is nice to have.
- Motion graphics/video editing/3D skills are plus.
