Your Opportunity
As teamlead ERP for woom you will be the functional lead for several key capabilities and be an advocate for both business and technology decisions within our woom organization. You will need to be a strong team leader who can develop their own resources while building strong cross-team collaboration and solutions.
Your Mission
- Provide leadership to build the Business Solutions team to provide best in class services in all areas in alignment with our core values JOY, COURAGE & RESPONSIBILITY
- You take on a hands-on role as a coach and mentor of your team in order to facilitate a transfer of knowledge to your direct colleagues as well as key users in all departments expand internal know howIn order
- Prioritize resources and projects in support of business value and corporate objectives
- Manage internal/external resources as "virtual" project teams
- Build and continuously improve a strong D365 key user structure within woom
Your Skills
- 3+ years of experience with an ERP system, ideally Microsoft D365
- Several years of leadership experience, either as a team lead or in a similar function (project manager, etc.)
- Ability and passion to drive continuous improvement
- Very good Englisch and German language skills

For this position, we offer you a gross monthly salary starting at EUR 4.500 on a full-time basis. Of course, we take into account your individual qualifications and experience and are willing to pay an appropriate overpayment. We will be happy to discuss details in person.
