The opportunity

Join us and take responsibility for increasing woom's sales, market share and market growth in the DACH markets. Let's make more and more children's eyes light up together. 

Your Mission

  • You will have full P&L responsibility, overseeing multiple direct and indirect sales channels and go-to-market models (direct and indirect)
  • You will be primarily responsible for managing our various distribution channels including eCommerce, retail, marketplaces and other strategic growth opportunities
  • You develop a marketing strategy for our key markets, identify and develop new channels to drive the growth of our brand
  • Identifying and developing new channels to drive the growth of our brand is also part of your responsibilities
  • You keep an eye on the DACH markets, carry out regular market analyses and find growth opportunities and trends so that we move 'ahead of the rest'
  • You build a stable relationship with our partners and retailers to increase our brand visibility and sales.
  • You will lead and develop the cross-functional team for the DACH region. 

Your skills

  • You have relevant experience (3-5 years) in a comparable position
  • You have already worked on similar tasks in retail companies in the DACH region
  • You have extensive experience in the support and management of various sales channels
  • You describe yourself as a generalist who is fit in both the retail and eCommerce sectors
  • You know the most important KPIs and know how to use them in a targeted manner
  • You have a hands-on mentality and strong negotiation skills
  • You think strategically and support market growth with your analytical and problem-solving skills
  • You are fluent in German and English - written and spoken

Our sustainable and lightweight bikes have won awards and created a loyal customer base all over the world!  We are an international, multicultural team with more than 15 nationalities. With over 170 employees it can be difficult to maintain the startup atmosphere, so we place a lot of emphasis on a friendly working atmosphere and extensive onboarding.

For this position, we offer you a gross monthly salary starting at EUR 6.500,- on a full-time basis. Of course, we take into account your individual qualifications and experience and are willing to pay an appropriate overpayment. We will be happy to discuss details in person.
