Your Opportunity
As a core task of the FP&A and BI team, we support data-driven decision making. As a BI Expert & Data Analyst, you ensure that BI solutions are integrated into steering processes and data usage is constantly improved.You will therefore play a key role in driving forward the digitalization of commercial steering. Your Mission
- Together with the FP&A (financial planning & analysis) team and our various departments, you define data requirements and create BI solutions
- You are the subject matter expert in your field, who implements requirements for our data models
- You use programming languages such as SQL, PowerQuery, DAX (and Python) to link complex issues and automate analysis methods
- Together with the FP&A and BI team and our departments, you develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports - from design to implementation and testing to acceptance by our internal customers
- You proactively drive the continuous improvement of data queries and performance of Power BI reports
- You are the main point of contact between the IT infrastructure/data integration team and the collaborating departments
- In addition, you steer the data governance process
Your Skills
- Completed business or technical degree (FH, university) or relevant professional experience
- Several years of practical experience in the field of business intelligence / data analysis
- Experience in an e-commerce environment is a great advantage
- Solid programming skills (SQL, PowerQuery, DAX, Python, Spark)
- Experience with cloud technologies, preferably Azure Cloud
- Knowledge of relational databases, data modeling and data analysis
- Experience with data visualization, preferably Microsoft PowerBI
- You are familiar with version control (GIT)
- You are communicative and approach your colleagues openly
- Very good knowledge of German and English (at least B2)

For this position, we offer you a gross monthly salary starting at EUR 3,000 on a full-time basis. Of course, we take into account your individual qualifications and experience and are willing to pay an appropriate overpayment. We will be happy to discuss details in person.
