Als Legal Counsel im Legal Team von Wooga, bestehend aus 3 Personen, ist dies eine einzigartige Gelegenheit zur eigenverantwortlichen Arbeit mit Teams in einem internationalen Umfeld innerhalb von Wooga und Playtika. Diese herausfordernde Rolle bietet ein hohes Maß an Sichtbarkeit und Verantwortung.
Was Du tun wirst
- Arbeite direkt zusammen mit Business- und Serviceteams und berate zu einer Vielzahl kommerzieller und rechtlicher Fragen
- Entwickle ein tiefes Verständnis für unsere Produkte, Geschäftsmodell und Organisation und berate Teams zeitnah, pragmatisch, business orientiert und proaktiv im Rahmen geltenden Rechts
- Entwerfe, prüfe und verhandele eine Vielzahl von kommerziellen Verträgen mit internationalen Lieferanten des Unternehmens, wie Dienstleistungs-, Lizenz-, Outsourcing-, Beratungs-, IT-, Marketingverträge usw.
- Entwickele und pflege Vertragsvorlagen und interne Policies
- Beratung des HR-Teams in arbeitsrechtlichen Angelegenheit
- Überwache und berate im Rahmen geltender Gesetze und Branchenpraktiken; starte Initiativen zur Empfehlung und Verbesserung von Prozessen
- Initiiere und manage Legal-Projekte
- Arbeite eigenständig und verantwortungsbewusst
Wen wir suchen
- Volljurist:in in Deutschland
- Berufserfahrung in einer Kanzlei, die Technologieunternehmen berät, oder als Unternehmensjurist, mit Schwerpunkt auf Vertrags- und/oder Arbeitsrecht
- Gute Kenntnisse im Vertragsrecht
- Spezialisierte Berufserfahrung im Arbeitsrecht ist wünschenswert
- Fähigkeit zur präzisen Darstellung komplexer Sachverhalte für alle Ebenen interner und externer Stakeholder in einem globalen Unternehmen
- Ausgezeichnetes Geschäftsverständnis, Verständnis für Technologie und Interesse an der Spieleindustrie
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Fähigkeit, Probleme zu erkennen und proaktiv mit großer Aufmerksamkeit für Details anzugehen
- Globales Denken zur Sicherstellung der Einhaltung geltender Gesetze und Vorschriften
- Ausgezeichnete Priorisierungsfähigkeiten, einschließlich der Verwaltung mehrerer Projekte gleichzeitig
- Antrieb zur Arbeit sowohl in strategischen Entscheidungsprozessen als auch in operativen Aufgaben
- Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
