What you’ll be working on:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive CRM strategy to enhance customer segmentation, engagement, retention, and loyalty.
- Designing and executing targeted marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and other channels to drive user engagement.
- Analysing customer data and behaviour to create personalized marketing experiences.
- Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of CRM campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborating with the product, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Staying informed about industry trends and best practices in CRM marketing.

About you:
- Proven experience as a CRM Marketing Manager or in a similar role, preferably experience in CEX or DEX.
- Strong understanding of CRM strategies, tools, and platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with email marketing, marketing automation, and customer segmentation.
