We are looking for a Product Marketing/Growth Lead who can join us along this mission and vision. You’ll become an integral part of the Growth Ops team, which is the engine behind turning strategies into creatively executed campaigns and initiatives. What you’ll be working on:
- Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates the DeFi product in the market.
- Create value propositions that resonate with target audiences.
- Create and oversee the production of marketing materials such as blog posts, case studies, and support social media content.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives using relevant KPIs and metrics.
- Prepare regular reports to track progress and optimize future marketing efforts.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the DeFi space.
- Design and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful product rollouts.
- Foster and grow the community around the DeFi product through active engagement on social media, forums, and community events.
- Gather feedback from the community to inform product improvements and marketing strategies.

About you:
- Strong interest and experience in cryptocurrency space and community.
- Good track record of spearheading launches and marketing campaigns that drove significant business results.
- Good collaborative skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams to meet common goals and objectives.
- Good business acumen and extensive experience with core analytical concepts like LTV and incrementality.
- Strong ability to synthesize insights and leverage to influence key decisions.
- Always thinking creatively about different approaches to problems, and excel at both the strategic and operational levels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. This role demands a strong ability to use the spoken and written word to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
- A self-starter with the ability to work with a high sense of urgency and entrepreneurial spirit.
