About the opportunity:
We are looking for a Security Analyst who can join us along this mission and vision. You’ll become an integral part of the Security team, which is targeted to protect our properties and assets. What you’ll be working on:
- Monitor security alerts and events from various security solutions, including SIEM, WAF, IDS/IPS, etc.
- Conduct initial triage and analysis of security incidents, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
- Generate and analyze regular reports on security events, trends, and incidents for stakeholders.
- Work on shifts as required to ensure 24/7 coverage of security monitoring.
- Assist in the administration and maintenance of security monitoring tools and systems.
- Follow established protocols and procedures for incident response, including containment and eradication measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address security incidents and implement preventive measures.

About you:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience working in a Security Operations Center (SOC) or relevant cybersecurity role.
- Proficiency in TCP/IP network traffic analysis and event log analysis.
- Familiarity with security technologies and tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, antivirus, and endpoint detection and response (EDR).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCNA Security, or GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC) are a plus.
