Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join our team and drive our performance marketing efforts for B2C and B2B clients across the DACH region. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in generating revenue through performance marketing. You will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing paid media campaigns, managing key channels, and consulting with clients and internal teams to improve our approaches and creative output.

What you can expect
- Design, build, and optimize paid media campaigns with 6-figure budgets.
- Manage and optimize regular reporting and dashboards.
- Consult with clients on paid media as part of a holistic and integrated digital marketing approach.
- Proactively develop opportunities to improve campaign and content performance through the use of paid channels and platform changes.
- Collaborate closely with strategy and creative teams to enhance digital marketing content.
- Know and consult on Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest Ads: campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization.
- Test and evaluate new marketing channels and advertising formats.
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies, including KPI frameworks, targeting strategies, and media plans.
- Ensure effective budget allocation across channels based on performance.
- Contribute to other marketing areas such as email marketing and CRM.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies, and integrate them into our marketing strategies.
- Own and manage relationships with external partners and vendors to support integrated programs.
What we'd love to see
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in marketing and paid advertising, ideally in the consumer goods and retail sector.
- Proficiency with various ad managers, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
- Agency experience and familiarity with cross-disciplinary collaboration, especially with creative deliverables.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated interest and curiosity in marketing technology, social media evolution, and automation.
- Empathy, listening skills, and openness to integrating technological developments into daily business.
- Fluency in both German and English.
