We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Growth team and play a key role in our new business efforts. The ideal candidate will sit in Seattle, but we are also open to folks based out of Los Angeles or New York.

What you'll do:

  • Be the first point of contact for incoming leads and inquiries: You'll be the friendly voice and organized mind behind initial interactions, gathering information, and routing them to the appropriate team member.
  • Support the Growth team: Assist with research, competitive analysis, proposal preparation, and scheduling.
  • Craft compelling communication: Contribute to pitch decks, presentations, and other materials that showcase our agency's capabilities and value proposition.
  • Organize and manage the new business pipeline: Track leads, deadlines, and communication, ensuring everything stays on track.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor landscape: Research and analyze market trends, keep up with the latest advertising developments, and share insights with the team.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment: Be a team player, proactive problem solver, and always willing to learn and grow.

What you've got:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an agency setting or related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A keen eye for detail and a meticulous approach to work.
  • A passion for advertising/marketing and a genuine interest in creative solutions.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
