Position Summary:

The Sales Enablement Manager plays a pivotal role in driving our sales team's success, equipping them with the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively sell Wonderschool’s solutions. This role involves a deep understanding of our products, the early education landscape, and the challenges faced by educators and providers. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales enablement strategies that increase sales efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.

Responsibilities

Design and execute sales training programs and materials that align with Wonderschool’s business goals and sales objectives. The programs need to be implemented virtually and/or in-person.

  • Develop a deep understanding of our products, market, and the needs of our customers to create relevant sales enablement content (e.g., pitch decks, case studies, product sheets).
  • Manage and optimize the sales enablement content repository, ensuring that all information is easily accessible and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product teams to identify knowledge gaps within the sales team and develop new training programs.
  • Analyze sales performance and identify trends to recommend improvements in training and sales processes.
  • Facilitate onboarding training for new sales hires and continuous education for the sales team, including but not limited to in-person team meetings, product launches, etc.
  • Create and implement methodologies, metrics, and measurements to product reports on the effectiveness of sales enablement investments and programs.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends in sales enablement and early education technology to continuously improve our sales enablement practices.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related role, preferably within the education technology or childcare industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales enablement programs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable items.
  • Strong expertise and fluency with sales enablement technologies, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Passion for education and a deep belief in Wonderschool’s mission to support early learning.

  • Wonderschool provides the wage ranges it reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for all remote roles and as otherwise required by applicable law. The expected starting pay for this role is $110,000 annually. Actual compensation may vary based on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, experience, and specific geographic location.
