  • Acts as the primary contact for Culinary Operations and Engineering
  • Assists department SVP in all aspects of departmental logistics and coordination of activities.
  • Arranges all meetings, outward and internal, based on needs of SVP
  • Assist and support the management, development and preparation of proposals through the initiation, writing, execution and follow-up stages
  • Insure full transfer of complete project details to all constituencies and assist in managing same
  • Maintain consistent brand image as communicated for Wonder Foods including, but not limited to, constituency proposals, documents, curriculum, reports, recipes, presentations
  • Coordinate with parallel position at Greystone campus
  • Coordinate to ensure consistency in all external facing activities, as well as updating and maintaining  database information in internal constituent in the relationship management database system
  • In consultation with Division team members plan and manage project timelines to ensure timely execution and follow-up
  • Create and manage the development of deliverables for project activities including curriculum, reports, recipes, presentations, and other duties as assigned
  • Promptly and courteously answers and directs all calls. Responds to inquiries, gives direction and provides assistance as needed.
  • Keeps informed of company policies and procedures, answers related internal and external questions.
  • Promotes positive relations for all employees and guests by providing prompt, courteous and efficient service.
  • Assist with day-to-day calendar events and provide support to Management.

The experience you have

  • MS Office Suite proficient
  • Organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced atmosphere. Must effectively prioritize tasks and complete them under time constraints
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with, and respond to requests from employees, vendors and visitors
  • Ability to function independently, have flexibility, and demonstrate personal integrity
  • 5 years of previous Project coordination, Reception/Administrative Assistant experience 
  • Experience working in Food & Beverage desirable 

This position is on site, and requires proof of being fully vaccinated for Covid
