Position Description

Seeking highly motivated individuals to work closely with or lead internal and client project teams across several Strategy and Management Consulting practices. Must be interested in and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment with excellent communication skills and a strong background in problem-solving. Performs various consulting functions, which primarily include identifying and solving complex business, organizational, and operational challenges while defining and improving associated processes. Identifies new opportunities for Strategy and Management Consulting practices. Serves as primary liaison with customers and ensures high customer satisfaction. Provides guidance and training to Associates and Senior Associates.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Leading Strategy and Management Consulting projects across the practice that may include strategic plans, pipeline builds, training materials, market analysis, and organizational assessments
  2. Leveraging market/customer research, trends, and competitor analysis to help customers to drive revenue, improve market share, and expand customer intimacy
  3. Undertaking market analysis/modeling, portfolio metric reporting, and operational support related to strategy
  4. Performing growth analysis with financial modeling around pipeline sizing, growth forecasts, and revenue projections
  5. Conducting analysis of large datasets to assess the market attractiveness and customer ability to perform in the Federal Government market
  6. Leading development of overall strategy by identifying critical areas (findings) to focus analysis and provide strategic paths forward
  7. Summarizing insights from analysis and clearly communicating analytical findings in a cohesive story; and articulating an argument to be presented to executives
  8. Communicating strategy recommendations to address competition, changes in government trends/ preferences, and improvements in technology and marketing tools
  9. Developing client-facing materials with Microsoft Office products, using skill in PowerPoint to turn textual information into compelling, easily understood graphics
  10. Supervising activity of Associates and Senior Associates either as Team Leader or Front Line Supervisor
  11. Representing Wolf Den on panels, webinars, speaking engagements, etc. as a Subject Matter Expert in the area of Strategy and Management Consulting
  12. Supporting Executive Leadership in developing business goals for Strategy and Management Consulting practice and executing strategic plan

Desired Levels 

Applicants will be hired at the Principal or Director level commensurate with experience, background, and education. US Citizenship is required.

Desired Education & Experience 

  • Education: Masters degree or a BS/BA in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Management, Economics, or Statistics, or in a related field
  • Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience
