Seeking a highly motivated individual to work closely with internal and client project teams across several Strategy and Management Consulting practices. Must be interested in and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment with a strong background in problem-solving and excellent communication skills.

Performs various functions, which primarily identify and solve complex business, organizational and operational challenges while defining and improving associated processes. Major duties and responsibilities include:

  • Leveraging market/customer research, trends, and competitor analysis to help customers to drive revenue, improve market share, and enhance customer loyalty
  • Undertaking market analysis/modeling, portfolio metric reporting, and operational support related to strategy
  • Performing growth analysis with financial modeling around pipeline sizing, growth forecasts, and revenue projections
  • Conducting analysis of large datasets to assess the market attractiveness and customer ability to perform in the Federal Government market
  • Providing insight into overall strategy by identifying critical areas (findings) to focus analysis and provide strategic paths forward
  • Summarizing insights from analysis and clearly communicating analytical findings in a cohesive story; and articulating an argument to be presented to executives
  • Providing and communicating strategy recommendations to address competition, changes in government trends/ preferences, and improvements in technology and marketing tools
  • Developing client-facing materials with Microsoft Office products, using skill in PowerPoint to turn textual information into compelling, easily understood graphics
  • Leading Strategy and Management Consulting projects across the practice that may include strategic plans, pipeline builds, training materials, market analysis, and organization assessments

Education and Experience

  • Education: BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Management, Economics, or Statistics, or in a related field
  • Knowledge: Three to Five (3-5) years hands-on experience in management consulting and should possess a proven knowledge of the Federal Government market
