SUMMARY
The Revenue Operations Team aims to accelerate Wiz’s growth by driving strategy, planning and execution for Wiz’s sales, channel and customer success teams. As we continue to grow at an incredible speed, we work to ensure each team member is setup for success at every phase. We take both a bird’s eye view and dive into the weeds to solve problems as a team to drive employee success and revenue. Reporting to the Head of GTM Analytics, you will be responsible for providing the business timely insights and key actionable direction across the organization. A successful candidate for this role works in a strategic partnership with the business.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Leverage reports and analyses to deliver content for key stakeholders/processes (QBRs, Board Decks, Sales Communications, etc.)
- Use data and analysis to understand emerging trends and challenges, find opportunities and deliver clear insights and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Use data science techniques to unlock new insights from new data sources including predictive models such as propensity, churn, and customer segmentation models
- Build advanced dashboards and/or reporting solutions in BI Platforms (Excel, Tableau, Snowflake)
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- BS/BA degree in Business and/or Quantitative field
- 3-5+ years analytics experience working collaboratively with cross functional partners
- Highly motivated & proven track-record of synthesizing complex and ambiguous information to drive actionable insight brought to life through communication and visualization
- Technical skill, knowledge, and experience in the use of Salesforce, data visualization tools such as Tableau, data manipulation and enterprise reporting techniques and tools
- Self-directed, creating thinker; a willingness to “roll up your sleeves” to get work done as you build out a team
