We are seeking a Software Development Engineer in Test (Mid OR SR) to join our growing internal studio and help us craft the next big online game! As a meaningful member of our diverse engineering team you will work with our Engineering Director to leverage technology to efficiently find, report, and investigate software defects. We are looking for Mid-level OR Sr. level.
What You'll Do:
Design and build our automated testing and unit testing systems.
Advocate for software quality and testability.
Find and diagnose software defects and work with production to get them assigned to the appropriate developers.
Work closely with engineers and designers who are developing in C#/Unity 3D and integrate your own test systems to work with that code base.
Contribute your voice to any and all aspects of the game's development.
Write clean and efficient code.
What You'll Bring:
2+ years experience as a software test engineer or equivalent experience.
Ability to craft test strategies based on feature requirement.
Strong written and verbal communication skill.
Nice to Have:
Experience with live development games.
Experience with C# and Unity 3D.
Experience with testing online games.
