As a Solutions Coach (Account Executive) at Wistia, you will act as the main point of contact for businesses looking to use video to grow their business. No two companies are the same, and each one of our customers uses video in different ways. Your job will be to fully understand their business, and help them find a Wistia solution to get the most value out of their amazing video content.

You will be successful in this role if you:

  • Become an expert in the various ways businesses use video and the Wistia solutions that will help them take that strategy to the next level.

  • Position appropriate Wistia solutions in a way that address the goals of our customers.

  • Act as a valued advisor and a good listener.

  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities at various stages in the sales funnel.

  • Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly expectations of opportunities won.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 Years of Quota Carrying SaaS or Software Sales Experience.

  • Demonstrated track record of customer focused, value based selling experience.

  • Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding quota, achieving top performance recognition.

  • Demonstrated track record of leadership and a team oriented attitude.

  • Previous experience as a BDR or SDR is preferred.

  • Willingness to adapt to and contribute to the sales team’s strategy.
