Whom we’re looking for? 

As Automation Engineer, the primary focus of your role will be the automation of current manual processes with a help of development and configuration in different systems and platforms. You will work closely with a wide range of technical teams that will span across innovation, infrastructure, architecture (solutions, security), web, DevOps etc. 

Responsibilities

  • Support the IT Infrastructure and apply Automation/DevOps skills to further innovate and develop in busy service delivery focussed environmentYou should have Windows infrastructure designadministration and automationSome experience in cloud infrastructure and containerization is also essential 
  • Support the management of the software development tool 
  • Lead/Support IT automation initiativesmigrations 
  • Provide 3rd Line infrastructure support 
  • Support business process automation 

Requirements

  • Configuring, maintaining & troubleshooting Microsoft based production systems 
  • Experience operating virtual environments  
  • Automation/Scripting skills - PowerShell, JS, PythonBash etcWorking with Windows Servers/Linux, MS Active DirectoryAzure AD, knowledge of API calls. 
  • Using technologies for infrastructure automation and application delivery 
  • Experience of working with cloud-based services - ideally Azure
