ABOUT THE SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST ROLE:

WIN is looking to add a Senior Financial Analyst to our growing team! Ideal candidates are passionate about analyzing financial and operational reporting to drive business improvement and growth. You will play a crucial role in ongoing forecasting, budgeting and financial reporting, as well as presenting analyses of various business and accounting metrics, to support WIN’s mission and growth.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support and review monthly financial reporting (e.g. balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow) and reconciliations
  • Analyze business data and metrics across accounting (e.g. QBO, Sage Intacct) and other operational systems (e.g. CRM, ERP)
  • Present key findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives, including in developing budgets, forecasts, and financial models
  • Proactively communicate with internal stakeholders, customers and vendors to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
  • Support audit, tax, and other regulatory filings / processes
  • Research and implement relevant accounting standards and regulations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and guidelines
  • Identify and implement initiatives to improve financial processes, controls, and compliance

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • MBA and Bachelor's degree in business, finance or accounting
  • 5+ years of experience in a financial-based position following US GAAP, preferably in a SaaS business
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g. QBO, Sage Intacct, etc) and operational software (ERP/CRM, Payroll, Project Planning, etc)
  • Experience with MS Office including Excel and Powerpoint
  • Strong knowledge of accounting (e.g. US GAAP and FASB) principles, standards, and practices
  • Highly analytical with the ability to present complex financial data
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work
  • Strong work ethic, high integrity, and a team-player
